MME Support MSE for the New Hot Strip Mill 3MTPA of Mobarakeh

MME GmbH completed succesfully the consultancy service to Mobarakeh Steel Engineering for the Mobarakeh project of the installation of a new Hot Strip Mill for 3MTPA on EPC bases
The Contract has been awarded by SMS.
MME supported MSE and MSC in the definition of the Technical Specification with the plant configuration and all the auxiliaries, and in the commercial contract contents.
MME activities started from the build up of the tender document with active participation to all the tendering and bidding phase up to final negotiation.
MME designed a Bidder Evaluation Model that contain thousands of input data and comparison data of Bidders and has been used as tool for final Bidder scoring.
MME has been asked to continue the support to MSE up to the Coming into force of the Contrat
