LADLE FURNACE
MME designs the Secondary Metallurgy Process to improve the quality as well as productivity of the designed Steel Making Facilites.
The installation of a Ladle Furnace (LF), that takes a process place in between the melting by EAF and the casting area, allows to perform the refining operations that are essential for every quality steel producer.
MME gives a proper design solution with:
- Fixed or swivelling gantry
- Wire feeding for de-oxydation and micro alloying
- Stiring with inert gas system via porus plugs
- Automatic lance for temperature measuring and sampling
